Is lying gender based?- When thinking about this question, I feel that my answer would be NO, as even though many women would argue that men lie more than females and men would argue the opposite.
- However I feel that gender is not an issue in lying and that everyone and anyone can lie. Is it possible to lie and gain nothing?
I feel that if a person lies you always gain!
- Even if the gain isn't positive to oneself, you will end up with a feeling of guilt from lying which is a negative gain.
What do you get out of lying?
- You may say that you can benefit form money if you like, e.g. receiving job seekers allowance whilst you actually have a full time job.
- Protection of others - keeping a divorce secret form your children.
